Phone Contract Swap?

I have a friend who want’s to get rid of his ridiculous plan and is looking for any GSM carrier. I was wondering If anyone knows a good site like Cell Swapper where it is possible but in Canada. Thanks.

Uhh yes there are sites. I’ve heard of many people who swapped their contract with somebody else through the internet.
