Another day on the market, what are your thoughts?

It’s down 600ish now. So. Yeah.

Look at a 20 year progression of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

It’s not pretty to watch, but the market does need a correction and hopefully this will begein to stabilize over the next month or two. I don’t think it will be a quick fix.

wow. don’t panic.

I don’t want to look. I had money in a CD, and since it was mature, I put it in a money market, because I am terrified that things will get som bad that I will need it….:(

My honest thoughts? “Whatever”. I just live my life and see what happens. (Of course, that’s easy talking for someone who isn’t really at risk of losing everything unless his country goes bankrupt like Iceland.)

I have posted this chart on a couple of other threads. Even so, if you haven’t seen it, it shows that, historically, it might be bad for awhile….but it will get better.

We briefly moved into positive territory this morning. Huge cheers because it meant we’d moved up 700 points from the low of the day.
