How long does Microsoft take before they ship back your Xbox 360?

about a month or two for mine and im not sure about a way to track it. i never found it

I said, how long in between them receiving it, and them shipping it. Not the total time.

They sent mine back I a day or two and if I remember correctly there was a repair status website. I did purchase their extended service plan. Don’t know if that mattered.

Good luck! Same thing happened to me and they LOST, yes lost my xbox! When I got was supposed to be my xbox back, it was only an empty box with packing materials and a card for a free month of xbox live. In the end, it took almost 3 months to get my xbox back because microsoft kept showing my xbox as “shipped.” Fortunately, I made a claim with UPS because they UPS guy was there when I opened the empty box and we laughed about it. After everything was said and done, microsoft said they were going to send me a free game for my troubles, which of course I never got.
In an interesting twist, I got yet another xbox from microsoft about 6 months later. I didn’t ask questions though! I just sold it on eBay :)

i just sent my xbox in today (for the second time). I think it took maybe 2 or 3 weeks to get fixed.

UGH! GIVE ME TIME FOR EACH STEP! For some reason, people keep telling me total times, and for some reason, each time I apply it to MY situation, my xbox will apparently be at the repair center for 1 TO 2 WEEKS. It only took 3 days to get there, so please give me each time segment.

Example:
Days to ship out: 3 days
Days at repair center: ??? days
Days to ship back: 3–4 days???

The shipping time is only a week with my current estimate, so unless the keep it at the repair center for a F***ING WEEK, then it should come next wensday to friday.

Very good. You can do math.

Maybe, if the responses here aren’t telling you what you want, you could get the number of the support representative, and then call him or her every day and ask, “is it done yet? is it done yet?” I’m sure they’re be more than willing to talk to you.

Shipped back: 3 days

Wow. It took 5 days just for mine to ship there. Boo.

@andrew Where do you live? It ships to Mesquite Texas, so you might live father from there than I do.

Where do you like? I live in Florida and it took 5 days for me. They said it should be here by this friday and it is Wednesday now so hopefully it will come. I am really hopeful though but you never know with MicroSoft

It took 1 day to ship out, 1 to get recieved, 3 for repairs and then they decided to just give me a new xbox. =)
