Are you paying any attention to the new fall television shows?
I can honestly say that the only fall show I have heard of is that one with Christian Slater – and I don’t even know the name of that one. In past years I paid much more attention than I am this year. How about you? Do you think network television is slowly dying out, or are current events (i.e. the election and financial meltdown) just taking priority?

Not even remotely. Unless you count this as a fall lineup:
Presidential debate.
Veep debate.
Presidential debate.
ABC’s Portrait of a President
Presidential debate. (That’s this week’s.)
I think current events are taking priority and I just gave up television in the name of the iPhone. I will probably catch up on a few shows in Hulu in December, but once the election is over, I’ll have NaNoWriMo to pay attention to and definitely no time for TV.
I’m just crying in a corner until LOST starts in the New Year…
No. Haven’t been interested in TV since I got sick.
no new shows. They need to do better at the already existing shows.
side note: anyone know If Dollhouse is ever going to come out?
Yeah; I love the one with the crusty old guy who’s always making promises to his rich friends. His neighbor across the street is this idealistic black guy with a lot of good ideas.
Aw, what is the name of that one…
@Willbrawn: Dollhouse is set for January.
I’m making a point to catch that one.
@empresspixie gotta love joss whedon
I’ve been watching and enjoying The Mentalist. Other than that, nothing new for me. Just the old stuff.
HBO’s True Blood is quite good. Of course, I’m watching House, too. That’s about it.
