Wouldn't know about momma's boys. If you mean "momma's boys" in the old-fashioned Southern sense, as in, say, Elvis Presley, then I probably am one. If you mean it as in weakly effeminate (not the same thing as gay), then I am not. As far as "daddy's girl's," yes, far worse, in my experience, to be avoided like the plague for many reasons. But that's just my experience.

Yeah, I meant more the Elvis kind but not exclusively southern.

Mama's boys ARE better in the*sack*! They let down the macho act with ease when you're alone with them.
