You know the ones you get at Halloween. It seems like they’re smaller then they used to be.

Probably! Everything seems to be getting smaller, more poorly made and more expensive these days, why not the fun-size Snickers?
They are still fun though!
yep…everything is samller. Dunkin Donuts are the size of a quarter!
I thought I was just getting bigger.
No, they just made them less fun.
Everything is getting smaller and more expensive.
Someone asked this same Q a few months ago with some funny answers.
Everything is shrinking but me…
They are definitely smaller! Half gallons of ice cream are no longer half gallons…the granola bars are half what they used to be….open a bag of chips and now 3/4 of the bag is air….eggs are smaller because chickens are on diets….so many things are changing!
Bagels, however, are getting to be the size of Michelin tires, at least at our bake-everything-on-the-premises bakery.
It is kinda ironic. They have changed the size of fun.
Here’s an excerpt from a customer review of Pick a Bagel on 8th Ave., in NYC.
“The bagels are too big. Each bagel looks like it’s already eaten its own bagel.” by Greek fan.
Well why are Bagels bigger?
Don’t ask me. The ones in my local eatery are like a six-foot sub. Fill one of them with cream cheese, red onion, lox, and capers and you can feed an entire family.
Maybe because of the need for Americans to have bigger portions. My first taste of coke came from a 6-oz glass bottle.
They definitely have, simone. They used to be rectangular, and now they’re a perfect tiny square, I swear. What, did they decide squares are more fun than rectangles?
