More info on Obama's Rescue plan for the Middle Class?

Does anyone have more info on th new plan that Obama’s campaign announced? I just read this email containing talking points about the debate and the new plan.

According to some information on NBC news (I think that’s where I heard it last night), under McCain’s plan we’ll be $1 trillion in the hole in 10 years with his proposed tax plan and $700+ billion in the hole in 10 years with Obama’s.
What happened to the balanced budget Clinton left us with?
