How do I setup Swirly MMS?

I decided to try it out but I can’t figure out the proper settings, I am with AT&T, can anyone help me out with the right settings? I think I have the MMSC and Proxy correct, but the APN, Username, and Password is what I’m missing, but I’m sure someone knows in the community.
