Does anyone else notice how Alex Trebek blatantly insults contestants on Jeopardy?

You can count on Sean Connery not to let Trebek get away with it.

Yeah, I’ve always wondered why no one has slugged him yet…

I hate how he corrects contestants when they mispronounce something – that they’ve gotten right! If they got it right, who gives a cr@p how they say it?! He is pompous, as if he knows all the answers and is not reading them off of cards!

I think some of it has to go to their demographic.

The people who watch their game show, would they notice?

Also, they have taken away and given money based on single or plural, pronunciation of names etc. If he isn’t consistent throughout the game then that sets up the idea the answers can be as well.
