Why does Aesop Rock say his tattoos are only from a song off of Float?

For those familiar with him and his tattoos (the lyrics “Must not sleep, must warn others” on his arms), why is it that I’ve only ever heard (from Aes himself in interviews) that these are off of the album Float (from Commencement at the Obedience Academy), but the lyrics are also in the song Antisocial off of Music for Earthworms as well, which was released 3 years before Float?

I’m not familiar with this band or artist you are talking about, but if the song is on the album Music of Earthworms AND Float, why can’t he say they are off Float? I would say they are off Float if I were him too, considering more people would be familiar with it as it is more recent.
Not only is Float more recent, it’s also more mainstream than Music for Earthworms.
He may have just wanted to relate it more to his newer audience/fans.
Plus, while it was part of the chorus on Float, it was only a line on Music for Earthworms. Perhaps it may have always been a personal mantra of his, but there might have been some growing significance for him at this time in his life (that would have inspired him to highlight it in a chorus and/or commemorate it on his own body).
Nimis, this is what I figured, that it was more well known and recent, but I was wondering if there was any other reason. I just thought it a little funny that I never heard Antisocial mentioned before. and MrMontpetit, I wasn’t saying he shouldn’t be saying that, just wondering why it’s the only song he mentions. thank you both!
its from the 1950’s science fiction movie “Invasion of the body snatchers” and it was one of his favorites….i think….yeah
