Now that The Wire is gone my favorites are Dexter and True Blood.
I really enjoy The Amazing Race too.
@John—what is True Blood all about?
True Blood (anyone familiar with the notion that it’s social commentary on being gay in America?), Entourage, Amazing Race, ANTM, Tabatha’s Salon Takeover (she should get with Chef Ramsey from Hell’s Kitchen).
Still waiting for new season of Nip/Tuck and Big Love.
Oh, forgot Wife Swap. I dig that crazy show! And Heroes, but it’s starting to weird me out with all the power stealing happening. I really like the marionette’s power.
True Blood and Pushing Daisies.
Pretty much the opposite of one another.
When Robin Hood on BBC comes on again then that
Mad Men and Boston Legal. Love the brooding Don Draper and the crusading Alan Shore!
True Blood is my favorite new show. However, Heroes is great this season.
True Blood wasn’t good enough for me to watch two hours of every week.
None. I don’t watch television.
Shit, how did I forget about The Office?
House, Pushing Daisies, Criminal Minds, Chuck, Mad Men.
House and TrueBlood.
@gimmedat: I always assumed it (TrueBlood) was more of a parallel to being black in America.
what channel is TrueBlood on? I have never heard of it?
Gimmedat (via Augustlan): Yes, me too.
Bri: HBO.
House, Mad Men, True Blood and Fringe.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
@ Bri L—TrueBlood is on HBO
This summer I ggot into Burn Notice, In Plain Sight, and The Cleaner, and I agree with TrueBlood, Mad Men, House, and Dexter. I also like Breaking Bad, and Californication.
re: True Blood—“God Hates Fangs”? Not a very subtle metaphor there. Someone on the show even said something about vampires “coming out of the coffin.”
Mac: I think they’ve alluded to both issues.
But there seems to be more emphasis on separate but equal?

Dirty, Sexy Money
Brothers and Sisters
I want to start watching Mad Men also.
And my old stand-bys: Iron Chef America and Good Eats on the Food Network. Mmmm…food porn.
Boston Legal and Mad Men…..so sad that it’s Boston Legal’s final season
Dexter, Criminal Minds, CSI and Without a Trace
@hollywoodduck-testify to that on boston legal. I love that show.
Ah yes, Boston Legal is amazing. “The Shat” is incredible.
hehehe
Denny Crane What a great character
Gossip Girl, is my guilty pleasure.

The Office, Breaking Bad, Pushing Daisies, Dexter, that’s really it.
@girlofscience I’m with you all the way! FRINGE is a great show! A mix of 24 and CSI and a touch of more advanced physics.
@PIXEL: I know, I love it because it takes everything I’m learning in grad school and turns the concepts into science fiction.
