Immortal love nourishes me?
Since Venus is the goddess of love, I’m guessing they’re kind of the same.

What is the correct way to translate “immortal love (plural) nourishes me” from English to Latin?

Nimis's avatar

Please tell me you’re not getting a tattoo of it.

patrickrigon's avatar

No, I don’t, it will be the title of a book. (a diary)

Phew.

I was going to say a good rule of thumb is:
Don’t get a tattoo of anything that you need someone else to translate for you.

patrickrigon's avatar

I just don’t know the correct plural. And Venus is more like “the godness”.

I think your question should have read:
How do I correctly translate Immortal love nourishes me into Latin?

PERFECT…exectly! (but I don’t speak english very well)... thanks…

Why not write your diary title in your own native language?
Writing in a language you don’t fully grasp is over-rated.

Latin is dead… never will change the sign… Portuguese is variable… and Italien too…

Nimis's avatar

Never will change the sign?

patrickrigon's avatar

(sorry)... signification

dead language never lose their meaning, and languages change, change, modify it.

Good point.

patrickrigon's avatar

good point… rsrsrsrsrsrs… don’t you know the answer?

Nimis's avatar

Sorry, I’m useless. My Latin is too rusty to correctly translate.
Merely good for unraveling into English…but not the other way around.
Maybe you could try re-posting the correct question during peak hours?

patrickrigon's avatar

Yeah… Thank you… I’ll do this
