Take lots of vitamins. If you don’t want to do that, try and have your small meals be from different food groups every time you eat. I’ve found, being that I have a kitchen now, whereas last year i was still on my college’s meal plan, I eat when i can and it usually is a different thing each time. Oh, and stay away from ramen. It may be cheap and delicious, but it has zero health benefits.
Cut out all the junk, sugary foods, pre-processed stuff, all white food but cauliflower, complex carbs., tons of fresh veggies, fruits, nuts.
What Gail said, that strategy all on it’s own ups your vitamins, minerals and everything else while cutting calories and fat.
Also, since I think your thinking ‘diet’ drink only water, or at least calculate your actual water needs properly and make damn sure you do it. DO NOT try to chug it once a day, it’s useless and makes you hate it. Keep a bottle nearby with a straw or pop top and sip all day. Anytime the phone rings at work, take a sip, for every shirt you fold at home take a sip, take a normal routine behavior and associate it with one sip, you’ll be amazed how hydrated you can become.
And to stick with your small meals more often plan, VARIETY will keep you going.
