Where can I find a download of a personal home studio for free that has the engineering presets like cake walk/Sonar or even better cake walk?

Have you tried Reaper?

I have a Mac, so I can’t try it out. If you have a Mac in addition to your PC, check out Garageband. It’s super powerful.
