What is the best designed, non-flash website you've come across lately?

We are redesigning our website and are going to use very little in any flash and was trying to find some good websites to go off of.

I’m not just saying this: I think Fluther is the slickest website I’ve seen in a long time.
Of course, it depends on what the purpose of the website would be. Can you give us more information?
Our current website is www.arrowstagelines.com. We are transportation company that charters luxury motorcoaches to groups.
Check out CSS Zen Garden and browse the designs by clicking on the menu on the right. There are some amazing xhtml/css sites there! Very inspirational!!
