Who does a cover of Shirley Temple's "Young People"?

I've heard this song in several bars in NYC. I have confirmed through lyric searches online that the lyrics are from "Young People" as performed by Shirley Temple. However, it is a dance/rock type song, and I believe one of recent vintage.
