How do you know when a guy likes you?

It might help if you told us your age.

I agree with Kevbo..then again I don’t know usually until they just grab me and plant one on me. I’m clueless 99% of the time.

I’ve been told I can be rather infuriating. :)

But generally a good indicator regardless of age is the effort he puts in to be with you. Does he try to make plans? Ask you about your hobbies/interests/life/day? Does he seem interested in what you have to say? If you are young, has he asked your friends about you?

This basically is something that no one can give you a concrete answer for.
Just ask him. Or flirt with him a ton and see how he responds.

when he says “uh…i like you”

Do you like him? Have you hinted at that and flirted?

My experience as a guy is when I like a woman and I can tell she is flirting with me – which I usually don’t get right away – I become more bold, more courageous.

Here’s some telltale signs:

- he tells you he does
– he spontaneously hugs and/or kisses you because you’ve enthralled him (not much spontaneity left in the world, though)
– he puts forth effort to be in your company or gets you to try to notice him
– he smiles at you, winks at you (the body language thing can be kind of cool sometimes)
