Recently I ran the 40 yard dash in 4.9 seconds, is that good or even fast?

I am not sure if that is any good. It sure sounds good, better then I could do. I think the last time I tried to run, it was to the door, to get pizza, and I failed.
Ever seen Simpsons, I resemble Home, both in facial structure, but athletic ability.
I’ll check with some of my friends who are hardcore into fitness, see what they have to say.

It is much faster than I can run and from an outsider looking in, I’d say that is covering 40 yards pretty quickly.

according to my “meathead” friend, he says, if you are young and fit, then that is a few milliseconds below the average running back for the NFL, which, in my option is DAMN GOOD! He can only do a 40 in 5.2, and he is a freak of nature when it comes to working out. But he is more of a “long” muscle guy, meaning he can do things much, much, longer then the average person.
He took 4 hours to go from base-camp to summit of Pikes Peak (10,000–14,000 feet) He didn’t stop once. I wanted to push that EXPLETIVE DELETED right down the EXPLETIVE DELETED mountain.
So yes, that is a good time for the average person, keep working hard and you can easily get that time up!

When I played football in H.S. I ran the 40 in 4.7. 4.9 is pretty fast, especially depending on build and size.

i think my jeep could do it in 4.7, maybe

Just think. Pro players can do it faster. And I’m kinda short, so I don’t take as long a stride.
