How can I find my Download list that comes up automatically when I download something?

I want to get at an old download, but don't know how.

Download something new and the list should come up automatically.
It depends on what browser you're using, but try looking for "Downloads" under the Window menu or the Tools menu.
If your using safari, you can click window, then select downloads.
Your old downloads may not all be listed, either, because many browsers have a preferences pane in which you elect how long to store the file in the list after the download is complete... Good luck!
If you know all or part of the file name, you could always just do a search for it... that's probably where I'd start.
In firefox its in the tools menu.
