Only work with US government agencies, if at all possible (i.e. passport office or post office). I recently used rushmypassport and they took $350 from me and did not deliver a passport!

I’ve heard that there are other legitimate private agencies that will help you with the expediting, but rushmypassport is not one of the real ones. Call the passport office to find out which one to use.

Yes, they are completely legit. I just used them to get a passport to travel to Greece. They were extremely professional, and helpful. After you sign up on their site, they send you the instructions; call you to go over everything;you send them your docs. and they send you your passport. I very much recommend.

No – they are a scam! do not trust, do not give them your money – they have a no refund policy and then they stop answering your calls – TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!

A total rip off. They told me the service couldn’t be completed because they couldn’t charge the card and charged it at a later time anyway once it was too late for me to even use the service. They hung up on me when I called them to dispute it.
