No question, just congratulations!
Speaking for the majority of us “other-side-of-the-ponders” (i.e. Europeans), may I wish you all the best with your new President-elect. It’s a historic time for America and for all of us!

Hear Hear from the land down under too :)
Thanks!
I just wanted to add some numbers to your statement that you speak for “the majority of us.” Check out http://www.iftheworldcouldvote.com/.
For those using iPhones or not feeling like checking the link… people from 213 countries voted. More than 800,000 people.
87% for Obama.
13% for McCain.
Of course – this is not exactly a fair or real election… but it still sends a powerful message. Yeah. I’d say you speak for the majority.
Thanks very much for the congratulations from our international Flutherites. I’m really inspired by having Obama as our new president and it has helped renew my faith in our election process and for the rebirth of good government in America once again. Something we have not had for 8 previous years under the Bush administration.
Canada also extends it’s full support and congratulations! I was talking with a friend last night about the significance of the event, and we agreed that it really feels like a tyrant has been overthrown. It should be a time of celebration not just for the USA, but also for the world. Things can only get better from here and we look forward to helping where we can!
Thank you! I think it is so wonderful how the international community is really supporting America and congratulating us in this election! It’s truly a historic moment for us!
Thanks! We’re pretty darn pleased with ourselves! :)
Like cak said, it’s so great to have a president elect that actually helps our standing in the international community. And who stands for HOPE and CHANGE.
Thanks all!
I have never felt a sense of change about the country as now.
Thanks again all.
Thank you to the world, and thank you to America.
That is so cool! Thanks Irishsoul, we needed that. Maybe now we can start rebuilding respect from around the world.
Hallo to all of you going about your normal (what? did i say normal?) business on this historic day! I’m home from work now and catching up with dear friends and family in the US (I think that’s them still floating about 10 feet above the ground!). It will be a tough job for President Obama and I hope and pray that he (and all of you) will be given the understanding, patience and fortitude necessary for the long road ahead. We’re all rooting for you!
Thank you. It’s going to be a good thing.
All the support (here and otherwise) from people around the world moves me to tears once again. Thank you for supporting us!
I’m just so happy about this election in so many ways -both nationally and locally. I’ve felt like I’ve been on emotional overload the last week or so, and I’ve just been waiting and waiting. I think finally some real good can come from all of this.
