What is the name of the song that Soapnet plays on their commercials advertising all shows?

It’s a techno song, not Moby, with a guy’s voice singing lyrics something like ‘watching stars…’

couldn’t tell ya, but my wife could if she were a flutherite. soapnet in the morning, noon and night. i know the music but couldnt begin to tell you where it comes from.
