What are your best organizational hints and tricks?

I’ve said it many times here, but implementing some of the things in Getting Things Done has helped me immensely.

Getting organized is one thing, staying organized is another. If the technique you use requires a lot of time and effort, then your nice, neat stacks of mail and color coordinated closet won’t last long. Try to use methods that are conveniently conducive to your lifestyle.
