If someone is removed from another person's fluther, do they lose the lurve they had gained from being added?

Asked by aidje (3662points) November 8th, 2008

I’m not thinking of booting anyone (or getting booted); I’m just curious.

[mod says:] No they do not lose that lurve. We are all about the positive :)

Nor do you get two extra points if you are removed and then re-added.

@PnL He can’t help it; he’s just a lurve machine. Witness this response from the Chuckster himself: “Okay, there you go. I just hate it when people beg for lurve, but I must admit when I was hovering just below 5000 for the longest time I resorted to that just to get it over with. Then I was able to focus again.”

@PnL- And how exactly would I try this? To myself?
You crazy, girl.
@Marina- I love that song!
I’m just a lurve machine and I won’t work for nobody but you…

This is amusing to me because on another site I used to visit; the people went out of their way to get negative “feedback” points. You could send positive points, ve, but being flagrant, overly negative & controversial started garnering more attention thus the attention on the negative. Feeling lurved is sooo much better.

Digg? That place is a cesspool.

@aidje: Nope, a “local” site. It wasn’t even fun anymore, it was more like a mean contest.
