What is the best racing game for mac?

I have been needing a relay good racing game for my mac for some time now, but I don’t know what to get. What would you say is the best game out there, I would want very god graphics, proper game play (like cars being able to crash and stuff) and good controls, you know stuff like that.

Cro Mag Rally is one of my favorite. Its also very old, so the gfx are not what you would call “cutting edge,” but they are satisfactory. You’ll probably like it.

Need For Speed Carbon is reasonably real. Its a recent game and it has good graphics.

Yeah, I can see where NFSc has better gfx. I’ve never played it, so I can’t really judge it. I just think that gameplay should trump graphics any day. Old 8-bit games (a la Super mario bros) can beat out super intense graphics (viva Pinata anyone?) any day. Granted, good gameplay along with graphics is a killer combination, but there is no way that graphics should trump gameplay.

NFS has a reasonable story line and good game play. Lots of different race modes etc.
