Yes. Acording to this article, there were approximately 2000 wolves in Spain as of the year 2002 (the largest population in Western Europe), and their numbers are increasing. Their range is also expanding southward from their customary range in the northern mountains toward Madrid.
There are Iberian wolves (Canis lupus signatus) in Northern Spain. It’s a subspecies of Canis lupus, so technically the answer is yes and no. Canis lupus is a gray wolf and timber wolf is another name for gray wolf. So yes there is a subspecies of gray wolf that is native to Northern Spain, specificly Northern Castilla y León where the highest percentage is found.
