cuz its love u are talking about
Probably an arrogant bastard!
@augustan – thanks for the laugh I needed that.
Well being the girl who married the short, bald, poor student, with average teeth I would say that in the whole scheme of things being the guy with good looks, perfect teeth and his daddy’s trust fund doesn’t really matter. The things that mattered to me were how he treated me, would he be a good father, and was he someone I could live with through thick and thin? Sure all of those things you have listed would have been a nice bonus but not what was really important (to me at least).
I’m sure if he wore pants in public things would have been different.
@Enzo, we all tried to tell him it was a big turn off but some guys just wont listen.
Having three out of four isn’t bad.
I’ve only got one of out of four myself.
I’m very thankful for my teeth.
Did Jim also have tenderness? humility? kindness? pay attention? intelligence? a good sense of humor? strength of character? was he ethical? a good man? With those additional qualities, perhaps he would have had a better chance…at least with me.
Because the girl already had a girlfriend, and thought Jim was an arrogant homophobic prick when he told her she just hadn’t slept with the right guy.
Because Jim was really in love with Jack, and so his efforts to get the girl were only half-hearted at best.
cwilbur said what I was going to say, except way, way better. lurve~
Was Jim the “nice guy” who only becomes the “best friend”? that’s me
Jim was “too perfect”, so people assumed he had a deep, dark secret.
Perhaps if he ate with his mouth open, burped in public or swore on occasion, he might have qualified to possess a pulse.
