Anything like QS for PC?

Is there anything close to Quicksilver for Windows?

These look pretty promising.

I’ve used Launchy, and like it, but it doesn’t have as many features as QS.

On XP I use Launchy on Vista just hitting the windows key then start typing is usually enough.
