General Question

Why does the text alert on my iPhone go off more than once, and can I change it?

All my other alerts are off. It has nothing to do with whether or not I checked the message. I’ve looked through the settings, but I can’t seems to
find a category for text alert. Is this a fluke, or can I change it?

It was something they added with the 2.1 update and nope, I don’t think you can change it. I thought it was something odd with my iphone at first, beeping multiple times.

I find it a tiny bit useful. Sometimes I forget and it reminds me I have a message waiting to be replied to.
