When you get older your metabolism slows, thus everything grows slower. At least it’s not falling out.

Check your iron level.

How long is it currently? From my own experience, I can say that no matter how long I tried growing out my hair, it never reached past my butt. It just seemed to decide ‘Ok, that’s it…I’m not giving you another inch!’

Hair growth is genetics. Your DNA decides how long it grows. When your hair did grow fast, did it stop at the point it is at now?
