Which is a good webcam for a desktop computer?

i dont want it to look like freezy, or like it stops, but i don’t want to pay more than $25, any ideas?

You probably won’t find one that works realy well for under $25. Check out newegg.com or overstock.com they have fantastic deals and in the case of newegg they have a wonderful selection and customer service staff.
