Insead of meals or snacks ( better for snacks) I used ensure drinks to help me.
Take a look at this question – it should give you a really good idea of what foods to start eliminating from your diet.
not eating anything cooked or processed for a while, like a week to ten days. It detoxes your system and gets rid of a lot of cravings. Of course afterwords you have to continue to eat better. It’s hard.
There is no trick to it…..burn more calories than you consume.
I have found that it really has to be an attitude change…you can’t think of it as a diet (which sounds transient or temporary). You might find it easier to eliminate things over time. For example, eliminate/limit booze and sugared pop/soda. Then eliminate/limit candy/sweets etc.
Try to have good foods available for snacking (grapes, bananas, etc.).
Get moving. Exercise. Start by commiting to taking a walk each day.
pay attention to blood sugar levels. avoid coffee for a quick 10–15 lbs in 2 weeks. do a colon cleanse. eat raw foods 75% of the time for another quick 10–15. stop eating everything with wheat or flour, go gluton free. this will help you shed the lbs faster than you can believe. or go to Asia for 6 weeks. American food is fat building poison. I ship all my food from outside the country. If I ate from a grocery store, I’d be big as a house. Oh yeah—no beef, no cellulite.
how do you do a colon cleanse?
Psylium husk and “Smooth-Move” Tea from the grocery store. GNC has good ground psylium husk and it is cheap. You can loose 10lbs in 2 days this way
