If you've seen it, what do you think of the new James Bond Quantum of Solace movie?

not enough nudity. there is only one seen with bond without a shirt on. no more skin at all.

I have not seen it, but one of my customers has and he recommends seeing Casino Royale before seeing this one.

I agree. Watching Casino Royale is a good move, since the new one discusses some things from it. My roommate hadn’t seen Casino & was pretty lost for some of it.
However, I don’t think it really compares to Casino Royale. :(

I second that agreement. We watched Casino Royale first, and then saw Quantum of Solace. I liked it, and followed it easily since we had just seen the first movie. However, it wasn’t as well-made as Casino Royale. That being said, it was still a major fun popcorn experience!

Casino Royale was better, but this had more action. It was still a fun movie, but not as good as the first.

Agreed. You really need to see Casino Royale, since this feels more like Casino Royale 1 1/2.

Something was off with the pacing and the tension. That said, I love, love, love James Bond, and enjoyed it.

It was a lot of action but fairly short. Andrew is correct… it was like they just added an hour or so onto the end of Casino Royale.

I’m not going to see it. One-there is no Sean Connery (deal breaker right there), two-there are no bloody gadgets or sex!!! Unless there are gadgets and sex, it is not James Bond!

The only reason I watched it on DVD was to see one of my favorite actresses Olga Konstantynivna Kurylenko. I do not like Daniel Craig as 007 at all. Olga and I have some things in common, e.g. both beautiful Soviet girls who moved to France and were successful, similar height, etc.
