Every winter my boys suffer chapped lips. I use Burt’s Beeswax on them, which works alright, but does anyone have something that just gets the lips smooth and supple quickly?

Carmex is pretty good, especially in the little tub. Make sure they put it on at night, so it can work while they sleep. I use Burt’s in the winter when I don’t have chapped lips, as a preventive measure.
Blistex Medicated Balm or Complete Moisture are both great. Medicated has an SPF 15 which helps a lot. I’m not sure about Carmex but I’m almost positive that Burt’s doesn’t have any SPF.
Neosporin Lip and Carmex are both great.
Warning, Carmex can be addicting! But it’s great stuff. Also, make sure you are plenty hydrated. Drink more water!
I’m a Chapstick kinda guy!
Aquaphor – I can’t recommend this enough.
It’s a little heavy but it’ll definitely work, and quickly. You’ll also notice a huge difference if you put in on before bedtime.
Make sure your boys aren’t allergic to petrolatum, menthol or camphor-that’s the main ingredient in many chapstick-style brands (and Carmex)-it actually irritates my (and my two boys’) skin…I use a Chapstick “naturals” formula that has the same beeswax as Burt’s, plus several other natural extracts/oils that aren’t petroleum-based.
Rosebud Salve is my favorite remedy – it smells nice and isn’t all waxy, and I find I don’t need as much of it before the chapped lips go away. I’ve found it at random drug stores for a lot cheaper than at Sephora, but Sephora’s the only chain that reliably has it…
Lip medex lip balm, most definitely.
I prefer ChapStick’s Lip Moisturizer w/ SPF 15. It’s the one in the dark blue tube. Burt’s Bees burns my lips when they’re already chapped. I can only use it in the summer.
