Anybody else having trouble deleting email?

sorry but my iphone just completely frose on me about 2 weeks ago and now it wont turn off/on or charge or anything

Yes. I called apple support. They had me go in settings, mail, email, my account, deleted folders in the on my phone section next to trash. .I dicovered a check next to trash. Move the check to next to another folder then back to trash. That fixed it for me. It took me 45 minutes on the phone with apple support but at least it got corrected. Good
