normally I just throw on whatever is there
Normally, I don’t really care, but whenever I see a woman in the summer wearing a black dress, I just cringe.
That’s kind of an interesting question. I tend to wear black year ‘round. However, light pinks seem more appropriate for spring, along with those light greens. Deeper oranges and reds in the fall—kind of following nature’s color scheme.
Wouldn’t go as broad as say ‘colour’, but shades definitely!
Lighter and brighter for summer – deeper and warmer for winter. As well as personal preference, that does tend to be reflected in what’s available in the shops.
btw, I’ve had more than one black summer dress. The colour doesn’t ‘invalidate’ it, but the cut, style and fabric might
Yup. My colorful shirts stay on the shelf through the Fall and Winter.
Blacks, browns, and grays until Spring.
Just feels garish being brightly colored in cold weather.
My favourite colour is black. I wear year round (even in the summer). Don’t worry,I’m not goth lol.
Yeah, peach isn’t a color I wear in winter. Evergreen, I tend not to wear in summer. Orange in winter, no, but yes in Fall. Funnily enough, I don’t give a ** about fashion, but it’s just a color/mood thing.
ugh, this is my biggest pet peeve ever. I can’t wear light-blue jeans in the winter. It’s just not right. And I can’t wear light yellow or any pastels. I stick to earth tones, dark reds and greens and browns, etc. My friends think I’m crazy, but it just really doesn’t feel right. The same with music.. there are some songs/albums I just can’t listen to in certain seasons, because they don’t match. I dunno, I’m not even a fashiony kind of person, I mean some things I wear make my fashion obsessed sister cringe, but it seems like it’s deeper than that. seems almost like it has to do with SAD or something
White after labor day, before Easter is kind of a no-go for me. I can’t help it, I was brought up Southern.
