Is anyone else having an issue with wasps?

I don’t know what is going on and if it is the weird weather where I live but we are being taken over with wasps. They are holding my Christmas decorations hostage in the shed and I can hear them in the attic. I’m talking thousands and they seemed to have appeared overnight. Has anyone dealt with this before?

there will be no nests, they are next years queens that will fly off to start new nests in the Spring…they gather in the wall / attic of homes to wait out the winter. If the weather is staying warm or warmth from the home will keep them active and some will find their way inside

I don’t have wasp problem but I did. I found spray glue one of the best ways to kill them, it drops them to the floor instantly and they can’t chase you cuz they’re stuck to the floor!
