I think it’s all bullshit.
I spent quite a bit of money and effort to get involved with distribution of a drink containing that berry. After drinking lots of the product and researching it’s properties I came to the above conclusion. The same answer as Simone54. I’m sure it’s healthy just like tap water, but more expensive. I recieved no flat tummy just a flat wallet. Good luck
I bought one bottle of that acai juice, so I can’t say if it really works or not. All I know is that I can’t afford $40 a bottle when it’s only supposed to last you 1–2 weeks. I’ll stick to vitamin water.
Acai berries are the new pomegranate. ie, the trendy fruit for “health” drinks.
(Which makes me super happy because maybe that means people will start leaving my poms alone.)
What I thought too. “Healthy just like tap water, but more expensive” hits the spot for me
except add “and more sugar”.
I know that the acai berry has the highest ORAC value of any other fruit. Which means that it has the highest ability to attack free radicals. Having said that, all I need is a way to grow an acai palm tree in my apartment. Crap… I guess that means it’s tap water for me too:(
