How do I change Microsoft Word to English?

I have my whole Mac in Spanish, which is every application in Spanish, but I want Microsoft Office 2008 (or at least just MS word) in English because when I write in English it spell checks it in Spanish and tells me I am misspelling all of the English words. What settings do I have to go to in order to change just this program to English—or at least just the spell check to English?
