Does antispyware really help clean upand speed ups computer or does it just take upmore space in?

well, it basically comes down to this, you’re running an OS that’s as solid as an open cardboard box, so you’re gonna have to protect that fragile box, you could run some heavy anti virus/software software, or clean it from time to time, most of it is freeware, so it’s just your choice if you want to load your system in what way

It seems to work pretty well for all of mine. Use the disk defragmenter. And the cleaner.
