Wireless printer setup?

I have an epson rx620 printer, a motorola print server and a linksys wireless router, i have hooked up the USB from the printer to the motorola print server and an ethernet cable between the motorola and the linksys. I am having trouble understanding how to set up the printer as an LPR? A:) i don’t see a LPR option in the printer settings and B:) i’m not sure how to set an IP address for the printer. Thanks if you can help, I’m on mac os 10.4 by the way
