Endorphins from exercise are a somewhat welcome side effect, but are not the only benefit. Cardiac exercise increases the oxygen level in your entire body, which also helps to create a sense of well-being, and the elimination of muscular flaccidity aids your sense of balance, poise, and posture, in turn providing a subconscious boost to your self-esteem.
Keep up with cardio exercising, but if your desired result is an endorphin flood, you had better prepare for disappointment.
