I think Ubersuperman is too.
I read it about in Wired a while back and tried it out. It was when I was still living at home though, and my mom got really mad and said I wasn’t allowed to operate a vehicle as long as I was on “this insane science experiment.” I tried it for about 6 weeks before I decided I wanted to start driving myself around again.
you’re really cranky at first. but by the 5th week I started to get in sync with it, and it wasn’t half bad. Just mildly inconvenient from time to time, as you’re not supposed to have any variance between nap times.
oh, also you don’t dream. Which really sucks…
Here’s a report from someone converting in to the cycle in 2002.
I think it would be hard to follow a sleep schedule like this with a conventional job. Scheduling sleep during the work day would be impossible.
Interesting report, though. Sounds like it kicks up your metabolism.
sorry im not on that sleep schedule, mine is farrrrrrr more screwed up than that :P
Who has time to sleep when there’s music to be downloaded?
@shockvalue EXACTLY
