Tons of design ones, and art ones.
Particular favorite is James Gurney, who writes the most amazing things about painting.
The Yarn Harlot – she knits.
Cute Overload – kittens, puppies, and the like
I Can Has Cheezburger – Cats and other animals with captions
APOD – The Astronomy picture of the Day
Post Secret – People mail in their anonymous secrets on postcards
Those are most of the big ones. And then I have friends whose blogs I follow, but you wouldn’t probably know them. :)
I don’t follow any blogs. I just don’t get it.
@Magnus: Pssssh, that’s not a blog!
I follow Fluther….if its considered a blog which it is right?
A bunch of ed blogs. Favorites are
Admirable Faculties
New Progressivism
Also some political blogs, but they have lost my interest since the election. My work there feels as though it is done for a while, even though I know I’m probably wrong.
Technically, something can’t be technically if you think so.
Technically, fluther is not a blog, it’s an Internet community.
Technically, Just cause this is the internet, doesn’t mean you have to be a dick. Laureth made a technical mistake, no need to rub it in.
Only this one. and it’s written by our very own lefteh
Don’t get me started. A few hundred. ;-)
You can see the posts I found interesting at my shared feed.
I follow a bunch of random tumblogs, including fellow flutherites breefield and mirza.
Plenty of good humor, photography, design, art, and wisdom.

Follow me.
I don’t follow any blogs, I may look at an entry that interests me, but I don’t follow any. I follow Fluther! =)
Jezebel, The Sartorialist, Street Boners/TV Carnage, fashion stuffffff
@Magnus: Very often, when I’m correcting someone (like the someone who thought that Fluther was a blog), I try to be gentle, like saying “I think you’re wrong” rather than “You’re wrong!!!”. I think it makes for a more graceful comment. Also, I tend to write like I speak. That’s just the way I am.
Thank you for showing me that such consideration and grace is unnecessary in the Fluther environment. I’ll keep it in mind in my future comments.
but what would you define as a blog and why does fluther not have those….traits? you should explain yourself
wow….i didnt need to see that…either way fluther must be a blog…lets just end this now because this isnt going anywhere
Thanks for clearing this up, PnL. =)
[mod says:] how would this prove i’m a mod? (i’m not a mod) (i don’t doubt you’re a mod, just curious)
sorry for going off topic
@wilhel – you are right. we should get andrew to make sparkling Mod badges that pop up and glitter and sparkle every single time a mod writes a quip. oh and this should play in the background.
on a more serious note, it doesn’t prove i am a mod, it indicates I am a mod. If we see non-mods do it, we can PM them nicely and ask them to cut it out so they don’t misrepresent us. And if they just refuse to listen, we have other ways of convincing them =)
Of course we don’t need that, but a gray small badge inline in the post. just something that’s impossible for us normal members to do. Something like that little stare to the right of your lurvecount. (http://davinci.fluther.com/images/v2/star.png)
oh yeah wihel i should notice that…
