Bottled Water Tastes Like Milk?
Why does bottled water sometimes taste like milk? Floride(sp) or other chemicals? Is it just my taste buds?

All bottled water, or just one brand/batch?
I’d trust your taste buds and not drink it. Bottled water is less regulated than tap water, so yes it could have all sorts of chemicals.
My real advice is to move away from bottled water all together. It’s bad for so many reasons, and I didn’t really think about it until I read this great article (long but brilliant):

I only drink RO Water for that exact reason.
What about the tab water in some places that have drugs in them, or haven’t been properly filtered. I seems to me that we all should take a closer look at all our availble sources of water before making a choice.
Filter pitcher + Nalgene FTW
@Amish_Ninja: Lots of bottled water is just tap water. Take a thorough read of that article I posted and you will think twice.
If you’re really hardcore, you can do what I did and install your own reverse-osmosis filter on your sink. That baby filters everything (though pitchers are fine for most people).
@ben: High-five for Reverse Osmosis water, we have this super sick talking japanese water filter in our kitchen. It is amazing. I call it HAL. It is also mildy, okay, seriously creepy sometimes.
