Naming a couple of computers today or tomorrow. I like the names to have reasonably obscure meanings (Richard & Oscar, for instance. Less obscure Muninn and Huginn).
Any ideas?

Edmund and Edgar. Laurel and Hardy. Barack and Michelle. Lucy and Desi. Salt and Pepper. Turner and Hooch.
Edmund and Edgar, from Lear?
I like Turner and Hooch, but I’m going for names (like Edmund & Edgar) that aren’t immediately recognizable as a pair…
Did you, @andrew, get the Richard and Oscar? I thought I had a really good one, and then a guy in my office said “The only Richard and Oscar I can think of is ___ and ___” I guess that’s what happens when I work with a bunch of theater geeks. =)
Dick and Tommy
Lunt and Fontaine
Nick and Nora
Richard and Oscar aren’t that obscure….
Yes, from lear. I didn’t get Richard and Oscar, though.
@Sueanne Tremendous—I’m digging Lunt and Fontaine, althought I’d name them Alfred and Lynn =)
@andrew—Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein
I’m leaning towards Alfred and Lynn right now, they dont’ conflict with any other names we have in the office
Ducky and petrie. Lampy and Blankie.
@Nimis Okay, that one would win the obscure contest!

@andrew- Rodgers & Hammerstein.
