How many Christmas cards are you sending out this year?

0. Email cards this year. Cheaper for me, better for the environment, easier for people to put in the trash. They don’t have to even get up from their chair to throw this one away. Everyone’s a winner.

NONE! Not a single one, too many changes that I am not ready to discuss.

I don’t think I’ll be sending any out this year…too much other crap to deal with : (

None, I’ve never gotten into the habit of sending cards. I don’t see the point of sending cards to someone that you will see on Christmas. I make it a point though to write a newsy email or letter to those people that I won’t see and want to stay in touch with. I hate getting a Christmas card from someone I haven’t seen for awhile and all they do is sign their name. What’s the point? I’d rather get a phone call or letter/email during the year.

I have sent our 50 ecards and 20 in the mail.

I pretty much never send out any Christmas cards.

60–80… still whittling down the list.

Screw the environment… and my wallet… pictures of the kids don’t just mail themselves to family, y’know?

I have cut the list waaaaay down to about 25. Some of them I will be hand delivering. Almost all go to family and friends we see infrequently. Mostly to send the annual pic of my kids.

I buy cards at the after Christmas sales at 75–90% off each year for the following year….

So….it costs me about $10/year for the cards and postage.

I sent out about 22 to family and closest friends.

This is Christmas Eve. Turns out I mailed none. Never got around to them.

Ah, well. There’s always next year!
