What is that famous quote about the mosquito in the tent?

there is a famous quotation that is something like, “if you think you’re too small to be effective, you’ve obviously never been in a tent with a mosquito.” Does anyone know who said it and/or what the exact quote is? When i google it, I get tons of ads for mosquito netting, etc, and nothing that leads me to the quote…
