Like canker sores? I get them all the time, and I once heard that the vitamin supplement L-Lysine (an amino acide we get through protein and legumes in our diet) helps. So I tried that for a while, and it really did help them go away faster. But the pills were so big, it was annoying to take them. I find that using Hydogen Peroxide on them a few times a day helps clean them and thus gets rid of them faster. Other than that, there’s some numbing stuff that you can use on the really big annoying ones until they finally go away. It’s over the counter stuff you can get at a drug store by the cold sore medicine and chapstick.
