the list of people who inspire me would just about never end, and some of them seem so ridiculous, but i really do have my reasons.
stefan prugett of peachcake, natalie portman, conor oberst, hallie geier, marilyn monroe, audrey hepburn, my chemical romance (though i’m sure tons of people hate them, i’d never deny the incredible influence they’ve had on me, and can’t help but to be grateful), my psychology teacher, my retired biology teacher (whose classes i nearly failed), my friends, my mother, e. jean, branden steineckert, george orwell, chuck palahniuk, david levithan, chris walla, ben gibbard, mike mccolgan, ysabella brave, my cat, sonny, jon walker, john nolan, marc jacobs, karen o, bjork, mary-kate olsen, ashley olsen, chan marshall, agyness deyn, m.c. escher, jepha howard.
and honestly, there’s probably a handful more that i’m not thinking of.
i tend to find inspiration in everything i guess

@tiffyandthewall: I know a guy named Chris Walla. He tought my sculpture class at Cal Poly.
Coincidence?

tiffyandthewall's avatar

@peyton, haha it must be, unless the guy from the band Death Cab for Cutie taught your class. which would be awesome, and you never know. he’s pretty talented, i wouldn’t doubt it. (;

Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, George Dickel, and Evan Williams are a few heroes of mine.

My heroes are almost always people who’ve managed to do some real good in the world with their genius, but remained jovial and happy, without having to compromise their values.

That said, the list is pretty short.

The only ones I can positively say are heroes of mine are James Randi and Jim Henson. Give me a bit and I might think of some more.
